The view of the lake was stunning, and the breakfast options were impressive. However, the room cleanliness needed improvement, including leftover trash and unvacuumed carpets. Service at check-in fell short of expectations, but despite these setbacks, there's potential for a better experience here.

enjoyable waterfront walks and nearby attractions
I had a great time exploring the lovely waterfront and visiting Lakeview Park, which was just a short walk away, making it perfect for my weekend strolls to enjoy the scenery. The area is very convenient for checking out local restaurants. I highly recommend trying Phils for some great pizza.

The salmon selection at nearby Frisch's Big Boy is a must-try, and the stunning lake views from the hotel were just what I needed. Breakfast on the patio was a real treat too!
The stay had its bumps, the staff could've stepped up their game, and my room wasn’t as tidy as I’d like—found some uninvited flies and a few faulty amenities. Still, the charm of Port Clinton makes it good!

Had a great time with friends! We spent our days exploring Fisherman's Wharf and golfing at The Islander Golf & Country Club. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was just what we needed to kickstart our mornings. Super convenient location too. I recommend this spot if you're looking for a fun group getaway.
One downside was the overall cleanliness. there were some bugs found in our bathroom, which was a little off-putting.

It was just a smart choice for one night in Port Clinton with fantastic value for money. The room I stayed in didn’t have the best cleanliness, with litter on the floor and a strange smell. Be prepared to deal with some maintenance issues if you choose to stay here.
